Coral Investment Partners is proud to announce that the management of Nocera, Inc.’NCRA’  participated in the NASDAQ Closing Bell Ringing ceremony of September 29th, 2022.  Erik Nelson of Coral Investment Partners also participated in the ceremony.  Earlier in August of 2022, Nocera completed a secondary offering of its shares, which allowed for the company to obtain a NASDAQ listing.

Nocera (www.nocera.company) is a premier manufacturer of recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) for the land based fish farm industry.  Based in Taiwan, the company has announced plans to develop a US based fish farm.  We continue to be optimistic about the future of Nocera, and believe that the construction of the planned fish farm should significantly increase shareholder value.

Erik Nelson of Coral Investment Partner had previously served as an officer and director of Nocera, Inc. He had first served as a member of the Board of Directors, and Corporate Secretary from August of 2002 through 2017, when he assumed the role of President and oversaw the restructuring of the company prior to its merger with the Taiwan operations in early 2019.  Following the merger in 2019, Mr. Nelson continued to serve as Corporate Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors until the end of 2021.
