Nocera, Inc. (NASDAQ: ‘NCRA’)  www.nocera.company Coral Investment Partners provided a loan to Nocera that allowed for the Company to complete an audit of its financial statements and file a Form 10 Registration statement with the SEC.  Following the effectiveness of the registration statement,  Nocera successfully completed an acquisition of a China-based aquaculture consulting and equipment company.  In August of 2022, Nocera completed a secondary offering of its shares led by Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. which resulted in its shares, which previously traded on the OTC market to be listed on the NASDAQ exchange.

Coeptis Therapeutic Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ‘COEP’): www.coeptistx.com  In approximately October of 2019, Coral Investment Partners purchased a controlling interest in Naerodynamics, Inc., whose shares were traded on the OTC market.   Coral Investment Partners re-domicled the company to the state of Delaware, enacted a holding company reorganization, and a reverse-split of its shares.  In the process we changed the name to Vinings Holdings, Inc. We then filed a Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  In February of 2021, Vinings Holdings completed a reverse-merger with Coeptis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to create Coeptis Therapeutics, Inc. On April 18th, 2022 Coeptis entered into an agreement to be acquired by Bull Horn Holdings Corp., a NASDAQ listed SPAC.  This acquisition closed on approximately October 26th, 2022, which resulted in Coeptis Therapeutic Holdings, Inc. whose shares are traded on the NASDAQ exchange.  This is believed to be the 1st acquisition of an OTC listed company by a NASDAQ listed SPAC in over 10 years.

BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (OTC: ‘BMNR’): www.bitminetech.io  In August of 2019, Coral Investment Partners acquired a controlling interest in what was then known as Renewable Energy Solution Systems, Inc. Within weeks we learned that the company was subject to an attempted custodial action in the Nevada court system.  Our attorney got the case dismissed.  We then proceeded to re-domicile the company to the state of Delaware, enacted a holding company reorganization, changing the name to Sandy Springs Holdings, Inc. in the process.  Additionally we enacted a reverse-split of the company’s shares.  We also filed a Form 10 registration statement, registering the company’s shares with the SEC.  Shortly thereafter, an investment group purchased a controlling interest in the company, creating BitMine Immersion Technologies, Inc. in the process.

Ridgedale Holdings, Inc. (OTC: ‘RDGH’):  Coral Investment Partners acquired an interest in UAN Power Corp., a company whose shares were traded on the OTC market.  The company had previously been fully reporting with the SEC.  However, it had terminated its reporting requirements by filing a Form 15 in 2018.  Coral Investment Partners filed a Form 10 with the SEC, once again becoming a fully reporting company.  We then enacted a reverse-split of the company’s shares.  Currently, Ridgedale Holdings is looking for a potential merger candidate.

Bellatora, Inc. (OTC:  ‘ECGR’):  In the summer of 2021, Coral Investment Partners acquired a controlling interest in Bellatora, Inc., whose shares trade on the OTC market.  The company had never been reporting with the SEC.  The company has since filed a Form 10 registration statement with the SEC, becoming fully reporting. Additionally, the company has announced plans to enact a reverse-split of its shares.  Currently, Bellatora, Inc. is looking for a potential merger candidate.

Moore’s Mill Holdings, Inc. f/k/a Digital Day Agency, Inc. (OTC: ‘DDDA’): In the summer of 2021, Coral Investment Partners acquired a controlling interest in Digital Day Agency, Inc. whose shares trade on the OTC market.  The company has re-domiciled to the state of Delaware; and enacted a holding company reorganization, in the process changing its name to Moore’s Mill Holdings, Inc.
