Nocera, Inc. Obtains NASDAQ Listing

Coral Investment Partners is proud to announce that Nocera, Inc. (ticker symbol ‘NCRA’) recently completed a secondary offering of its shares, which also saw its shares become listed on the NASDAQ Exchange.  The secondary offering was an units offering, with each unit consisting of 1 common share, and a warrant to purchase 2 shares of common.  The total number of units offered was 1,880,000 units.  Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. was the lead underwriter, with Revere Securities serving co-underwriter.
